WORKGROUP: Wastewater Flows & Loadings

Using existing General Sewer Plans, facility plans and accepted population/employment forecasts, the Flows and Loadings Group considers and presents a Flows and Loadings Forecast to the Technical Group to help guide development of a Proposed Implementation Plan. The group evaluates opportunities and potentials for phosphorus source control and evaluates technical feasibility of lake aeration for Lake Spokane.
