WORKGROUP: Monitoring

At the direction of the Full Group, a preliminary Monitoring Workgroup will investigate and report the elements of an effective monitoring program to be included within a TMDL Implementation Plan for the Spokane River. Based on this Monitoring Workgroup’s recommendations, a long-term arrangement will be established.
